No-Cook Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Hull and crush strawberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Measure exactly 1-1/4 cups prepared strawberries into large bowl.
  3. Finely chop unpeeled rhubarb.
  4. Measure exactly 1/2 cup prepared rhubarb into bowl with strawberries.
  5. Add sugar; mix well.
  6. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min.
  8. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  9. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  10. Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
  11. Cover with lids.
  12. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
  13. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
