Healthy Salmon Melt

  1. Mix together salmon, mayo, yogurt, relish with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread onto toasted slice of bread and top with cheese.
  3. Broil until cheese is melted and top with salted tomato slice.
  4. Enjoy with a small green salad!
