Healthy Salmon Melt
- 3 ounces, fluid Pink Wild Alaskan Salmon
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Fat-free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Pickle Relish Of Your Choice
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 slice Wheat Bread Or Bread Of Choice
- 1 slice Cheese Of Choice
- 1 slice Thick Tomato
- Mix together salmon, mayo, yogurt, relish with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread onto toasted slice of bread and top with cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted and top with salted tomato slice.
- Enjoy with a small green salad!
