Nature's Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, beating on low until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Combine flours, baking powder, soda and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, beating well.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool slightly on cookie sheets and remove to cool completely on wire racks.
