Super Easy!! White Sauce in a Microwave

• 20 grams White flour
• 20 grams Butter
• 200 ml Milk
• 1 Salt and pepper

1. Put the flour and butter into a heatproof dish and microwave for 1:20 minutes.
2. Mix well with a whisk.
3. Add the milk a little at a time while mixing well.
4. Microwave for another 3 minutes.
5. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper to finish!
