Mango Mojito

  1. For the mango puree: combine the mango chunks and mango juice in a blender and puree.
  2. In a shaker, combine 1 tablespoon puree with the sugar, lime and mint and mash with a muddler or wooden spoon.
  3. Add ice and the rums.
  4. Cover and shake vigorously.
  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with the mango slice.
