Creamy Chocolate Martini (Michael Smith)

  1. Gently heat the cream until it is simmering.
  2. Pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts.
  3. Cool then stir in the liqueur.
  4. Chill.
  5. Pour into martini glasses and top with optional garnish.
