Avocado salad
- 120 g ripe avocados, cut cube
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 20 g onions, chop
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 piece chili
- some coriander
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
- take out the seed.
- Mixed all other ingredient to taste.
- keep cold for half an hour before serve.
