Greek-Style Bruschetta Pork Chops for Two
- 2 boneless pork chops (1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick, butterflied
- 2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, olives and oregano.
- Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
