Greek-Style Bruschetta Pork Chops for Two

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  6. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, olives and oregano.
  7. Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
  8. Bake 5 min.
  9. or until cheese is melted.
