Mustard Braised Sausage & Potato Skillet

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, butter, or oil.
  2. Add sausage and cook over med-high heat, stirring often, until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove sausage and set aside.
  4. Add onion, potato and cabbage to pan.
  5. Cook, stirring often, 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Return sausage to pan.
  7. Add beer and remaining ingredients.
  8. Cook about 4 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated.
