Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 can mandarin oranges (liquid removed)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs, one at a time
- Put cake fold in bowl.
- Add in oil, then Large eggs one at a time.
- Mix in oranges, juice and all.
- Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cold.
- Filling: Mix together crushed pineapple and pudding mix till it sets up.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Spread 1/2 between layers.
- Rest on top.
- Decorate with nuts and cherries.
