Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe

  1. Put cake fold in bowl.
  2. Add in oil, then Large eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix in oranges, juice and all.
  4. Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cold.
  7. Filling: Mix together crushed pineapple and pudding mix till it sets up.
  8. Mix in Cold Whip.
  9. Spread 1/2 between layers.
  10. Rest on top.
  11. Decorate with nuts and cherries.
