AMIEs Crumbed BEEF Fillet

  1. Place the flour in a shallow bowl.
  2. Season and beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Put the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
  4. Crumb the beef slices, dipping each one in flour, followed by egg and then the breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the oil or butter in a large heavy based frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a serving tray lined with paper towel to drain.
  8. Season with salt and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
  9. We can serve this beef fillets with cherry tomatoes and insalata mista (mixed vegetable salad).
  10. Serve, share... and enjoy!
