Michael's Chicken Recipe
- Oil or possibly butter
- Chicken, 5 to 6 ounce. per person
- Broccoli, 4 ounce. per person
- Ziti, 2 ounce. per person
- 1 lemon
- Grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- Garlic pwdr
- Pepper (white preferable)
- Dry white wine
- Parsley
- Cut up chicken (boneless breast) to bite-size pcs.
- Cut up broccoli also (if fresh, cook first).
- Cook ziti almost to finish.
- Heat oil and butter in large skillet.
- Add in chicken and season with garlic and pepper.
- Add in broccoli and ziti.
- Add in cheese.
- Cut up lemon into wedges, squeeze juice onto chicken, then add in wedges.
- Add in 2/3 ounce.
- wine.
- Cover and reduce heat.
- Cook for 5-10 min.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
