Cabbage Fritters...

  1. At first wash minced chicken..
  2. Boil with salt n black pepper.
  3. Strain n squeeze all chicken broth.
  4. Keep in a big bowl.
  5. Boil water in a pan.. Blanch the Cabbage for five-minute.
  6. Squeeze well n add it to in Chicken.
  7. Now add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.. Add all ingredients except oil..
  8. Mix well.. Make small size balls..
  9. If u feel it's need more gram flour for binding.. Add Two tbs more..
  10. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.. Fry all balls.. First keep flame low... Flip the side..
  11. When both side get light brown colour then do flame medium n fry both sides till golden brown colour..
  12. Take out n keep it tissue paper.. Then serve with tomato sauce.
