Mike's Chilled Greek Feta Salad

  1. Clean and chop all vegetables.
  2. Chop Feta Cheese in semi large chunks and add to vegetables.
  3. They will fall apart slightly when mixed with the dressing.
  4. Add Parmesan as well.
  5. Boil water and add 1/4 tsp salt and a slight splash of oil to the water.
  6. Pour pasta into boiling water and stir regularly for 8 minutes.
  7. Drain and place pasta in a large bowl.
  8. Immediately add the entire bottle of Italian Dressing to your pasta.
  9. This step is important, especially if you're serving this dish the same day.
  10. Your pasta will instantly begin to absorb your dressing when warm.
  11. Allow pasta to cool just slightly and add all chopped vegetables.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Chill and serve as a side or even a main dish!
  14. Authors Notes: #1: I've tried the most expensive Italian Dressings and most of the more cost effective ones.
  15. One of the best I've found to date is Kraft Zesty Italian for the price.
  16. #2: The flavor of this salad is exponentially better the following day.
  17. #3: Stir entire batch of salad each time before serving up dishes to remix the dressing for best flavor.
