Strained Yogurt Drizzled with Maple Syrup

  1. Pour the yogurt into a sieve lined with paper towels, place over a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 1-3 days.
  2. Discard the water that collects in the bowl every now and again.
  3. Pour as much of the Step 1 yogurt as you like into a serving dish, top with fruit (I used white peaches), and drizzle with maple syrup to your heart's content.
  4. And there you have it.
