Strained Yogurt Drizzled with Maple Syrup
- 1 as much (to taste) Plain yogurt
- 1 as much (to taste) Maple syrup
- 1 as much (to taste) Fruit
- Pour the yogurt into a sieve lined with paper towels, place over a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 1-3 days.
- Discard the water that collects in the bowl every now and again.
- Pour as much of the Step 1 yogurt as you like into a serving dish, top with fruit (I used white peaches), and drizzle with maple syrup to your heart's content.
