Pistachio Ambrosia Recipe

• 1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
• 1 (16 ounce.) can chunky pineapple
• 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
• 1 c. shredded coconut
• 1 c. walnuts or possibly pecans, minced
• 12 to 16 ounce. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows

1. Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
2. It serves 12 or possibly more.
