Touchdown Chocolate Bars(Makes 24 To 36 Bars)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly.
  3. Add egg; mix until well blended. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
  4. Press remainder evenly on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
  6. In saucepan, combine Eagle Brand and 1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips. Over low heat, cook and stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth.
  7. Spread evenly over prepared crust.
  8. Add nuts and remaining 1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips to reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over top.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Store covered at room temperature.
