Garlic Mushroom Sauce

  1. Crushed garlic, peel and chop finely.
  2. Wipe mushrooms and slice finely.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic and mushrooms.
  4. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add the red wine and peppercorns.
  6. Bring to the boil and simmer 3 - 4 minute.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and salt.
  8. Drizzle sauce over chicken or steaks.
