Guilt Free Cheese Sauce Recipe

  1. Use 1 qt glass bowl.
  2. Microwave butter on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in flour with wire whisk; gradually add in lowfat milk, whisking till smooth.
  4. Microwave on high for 6 min, stirring every two min till smooth and thickened.
  5. Add in cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir till cheese is melted.
  7. Serve over steamed vegetables.
  8. (10 calories per Tbsp..)
