Brett's Smoked Chicken Wings

  1. Mix rub in large bowl.
  2. Layer the chicken and rub in a plastic bag and marinate over night.
  3. In the morning the rub should be liquid.
  4. Start smoker.
  5. Put chicken on smoker and dump the marinade on the chicken.
  6. Smoke about 3 hours.
  7. When done put on grill at high heat and crisp outside.
  8. Serve once crisp
