Grilled Salmon With Avocado Creme and Mango Salsa

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder in a bowl or large measuring cup.

  3. Place salmon filets in a plastic food storage bag and pour the marinade over the filets.
  4. Marinate for 20 minute.
  5. Before grilling, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat grill to approximately 375 degrees.
  7. Place salmon filets skin side up and grill for 8 minutes.
  8. Turn salmon skin side down and grill for additional 4 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked through.
  9. Serve topped with the Mango Salsa and Avocado Creme.
  10. To Make the Avocado Creme: Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  11. Process until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  12. Consistency will be thick.
  13. To Make the Mango Salsa: Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  14. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  15. (This can be made up to 2 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator).
