Refreshing Apple Mold

  1. Add boiling water to dry gelatin mix in large bowl; stir at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold juice.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  5. Stir in apples.
  6. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Garnish as desired.
  10. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
