Cookies 'n' Cream Pie

• 1 12 cups half and half cream
• 3 12 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
• 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 cup crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookie (11 cookies)
• 9 inches chocolate crumb crusts

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and pudding mix; beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Fold in whipped topping and cookies.
4. Spoon into crust.
5. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
6. (May be frozen for up to 3 months).
7. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
