Stuffed Meatloaf

  1. Make Stove Top Stuffing per instructions; set aside and cool.
  2. Mix beef with egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and chopped onion if you prefer.
  3. Mix beef as you would for meatballs.
  4. Spread out flat in rectangular shape about 1" thick.
  5. Spread stuffing over top of meatloaf very thin (do not put too much stuffing in there).
  6. Roll like a jelly roll and place in pan.
  7. Pour Cream of Mushroom soup over meatloaf and add one to 1 1/2 cans of water.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Cook at 400 degrees (200 C.) for approximately 1 hour
  10. Let set for 5 minutes and then slice in circles
