Basic Muffin Batter Recipe

• 1 x egg beaten
• 1/4 c. applesauce
• 1 c. cake flour or possibly pastry
• 2 tsp cake flour or possibly pastry or possibly- 1 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk

1. Add in any thing you want to this recipe
2. ie:nuts,cherries,coconut but of course the nuts or possibly coconut will change the fat count slightly.
3. 8 muffins

egg, applesauce, cake flour, cake flour, baking pwdr, salt, sugar, milk
