Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

• 12 cup baking cocoa
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 12 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 -2 tablespoon milk or 1 -2 tablespoon water
• 6 tablespoons softened butter
• 6 ounces cream cheese

1. First cream butter and cream cheese together, then blend in the vanilla.
2. beat in cocoa.
3. Mix in confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup at a time, alternating with water/milk as needed for consistency.
