Apricot-Pecan Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Season chops with pepper.
  3. Add to skillet; cook 3 min.
  4. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add onions to skillet; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. Add all remaining ingredients except chops and nuts; stir.
  9. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  10. or until sauce is thickened.
  11. Return chops to skillet; turn to evenly coat with sauce.
  12. Simmer 2 min.
  13. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  14. Remove from heat.
  15. Let stand 3 min.
  16. before serving topped with sauce and nuts.
