Lemon Shrimp with Linguine

  1. Thaw shrimp if frozen.
  2. Cut large shrimp in half.
  3. In a large skillet, cook garlic in butter until tender.
  4. Add shrimp, snow peas, mushrooms and onions, stirring for 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice, parsley, seasoned salt and pepper.
  6. Toss mixture and serve over hot linguine.
