Yellow Finnish Potato with Creme Fraiche and Osetra Caviar

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash the potato and prick with a fork a few times.
  3. Wrap in gold foil.
  4. Place in the oven for 40 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove from the oven and cut open with a knife.
  6. Place the creme fraiche in the center and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with caviar.
