Healthier Queso Dip

  2. In a medium sized saucepan, toss together the shredded cheeses and cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Stir in the evaporated milk and hot sauce.

  5. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring often.

  7. Once cheese is melted, add drained black beans and drained Ro-tel.
  8. Cook until heated through then remove from heat.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips.
