Pickled String Beans Recipe

  1. Wash and cook beans about 20 min or possibly till tender.
  2. Drain off all except 1 c. of juice.
  3. Add in vinegar, sugar, spices, salt and pepper.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. May be packed in warm canning jars or possibly put in a dish and put in refrigerator to keep cold.
