Sauteed Greens with Lemon

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the greens and cover.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute or until they are just wilted.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately
