Shrimp Cream Pasta
- 10 Shrimp
- 1/4 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 slice Bacon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 grams Spaghetti
- 200 ml Milk
- 1/2 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 tsp Red miso
- Coat the shrimp with a touch of salt and pepper and flour.
- Mince the garlic, finely chop the bacon and thinly slice the onion.
- Remove the stems of the mushrooms and shred.
- Boil the spaghetti for a little less than instructed on the package.
- Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp, garlic and bacon.
- Remove from the pan when fragrant.
- Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter, and fry the onion and mushrooms.
- Add a tablespoon of flour, and fry until it is no longer powdery.
- Mix in the milk, stock granules and miso, and add the spaghetti from Step 3.
- Season with salt and pepper to finish.
