Shrimp Cream Pasta

  1. Coat the shrimp with a touch of salt and pepper and flour.
  2. Mince the garlic, finely chop the bacon and thinly slice the onion.
  3. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and shred.
  4. Boil the spaghetti for a little less than instructed on the package.
  5. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp, garlic and bacon.
  6. Remove from the pan when fragrant.
  7. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter, and fry the onion and mushrooms.
  8. Add a tablespoon of flour, and fry until it is no longer powdery.
  9. Mix in the milk, stock granules and miso, and add the spaghetti from Step 3.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
