Affinity Cocktail Recipe

• 1 ounce good-quality blended Scotch whisky
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• Lemon twist

1. Shake the Scotch, vermouths, and bitters with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Squeeze the lemon twist over the glass to release the oils, then drop it in the glass.
