Basic Cocoa Baking Mix, Hershey's Recipe

• 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 1/4 c. Hershey's Cocoa
• 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr plus
• 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 tsp baking soda

1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
2. Store in airtight container in cold, dry place for up to 1 month.
