Sweet Corn (Freezer)
- 7 cups raw sweet corn, cut off the cob (DO NOT BLANCHE)
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Mix the three indgredients together.
- Boil 3 minutes.
- Pack into freezer cartons.
- Cool to room temperature, seal cartons, and freeze.
- TIP #1: Try one of the bi-color varieties like Honey & Cream.
- TIP #2: Be sure to purchase a corn cutter gadget.
