Broccoli And Corn In Gingered Curry Cream Recipe

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  2. Add in broccoli and corn; stir to coat.
  3. Increase heat to high; add in water.
  4. Cook 3 to 5 min or possibly till broccoli is thawed, stirring occasionally.
  5. In small bowl, combine whipping cream, curry pwdr, garlic, gingerroot, salt and pepper; mix well.
  6. Stir into cooked vegetables; cook 2 to 4 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
  8. Garnish as desired.
