BBQ Tennessee Pork Loin
- 2 lb Pork loin
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup Yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Remove silver skin and excess fat from pork loin.
- Mixed up the marinade ingredients and place in a ziplock bag with the pork loin.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Flip and rotate several times.
- Set up your grill for Indirect Heat with a drip pan in the middle.
- Remove the pork loin from the marinade and place on the grill over the drip pan.
- Close the lid and cook at 350F.
- Place marinade in a small pan and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of bourbon.
- Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes (being careful not to scorch it).
- Once the internal temperature of the pork loin is 120F begin to glaze with sauce.
- Continue cooking & Glazing until the internal temperature is 145F.
- Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.
