Czechoslovakian Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Drain sauerkraut, set aside.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. oil in a large pot.
  4. Add in minced onion and cook till transparent.
  5. Add in flour and make a roux.
  6. Slowly add in Cool water.
  7. Heat.
  8. Add in sauerkraut after flour and water has cooked, then add in sugar and caraway seed.
  9. Cook for at least an hour.
