Quick Yogurt Spumoni

  1. Remove frozen yogurt from containers to large bowl.
  2. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, coarsely chop maraschino cherries.
  4. Into yogurt in bowl, stir maraschino cherries, almonds, almond extract, and 2 tablespoons candied citron.
  5. Spoon yogurt mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
  6. Garnish with remaining citron.
  7. Freeze until ready to serve.
