Creamy Corn and Turkey Soup

  1. Cook onions and half the red peppers in butter in large saucepan on medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Add cream cheese; cook and stir on low heat until melted.
  3. Add turkey, corn, broth and milk; mix well.
  4. Simmer until soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve topped with remaining peppers.
