Creamy Tomato Soup

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and carrots; cook 5 min.
  3. or until carrots are tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Stir in water, tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened.
  7. Blend soup in small batches in blender until smooth.
  8. Return to saucepan.
  9. Stir in milk; cook until heated through.
  10. Serve topped with cheese.
