Boysenberry Coffee Cake Recipe
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Strawberry preserves
- 1/2 c. Coconut
- 1/2 c. Nuts
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt boysenberry muffin mix
- Cream together cheese & sugar.
- Stir in preserves, coconut, nuts & lowfat milk.
- Then add in muffin mix, stirring just to mix.
- Pour into greased, round 9" cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 min or possibly unitl done.
- The top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
