Salisbury Sauerbraten Recipe

  1. Combine 1/3 c. gravy with the next 4 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min; drain.
  5. Arrange potatoes around patties.
  6. Combine remaining gravy with remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
  7. Pour over patties and potatoes.
  8. Bake covered for 20 min longer.
  9. Yields: 4 servings.
