Berry Clafoutis

  1. Sprinkle sugar over the base of 4 x 1 cup capacity greased shallow ovenproof dishes.
  2. Divide berries evenly between the dishes.
  3. Whisk together the Philly*, extra sugar, flour, vanilla and one egg until smooth.
  4. Add remaining eggs and milk and whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture evenly over berries.
  6. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked.
  7. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
