Salsa Rice
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Combine water and salsa in medium saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
- Add cheese; mix lightly.
