Mushrooms Neptune Dip
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 cup Finely Diced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Finely Diced Yellow Onion
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese
- 1 can (6 Oz. Size) Crab Meat
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Shrimp Meat
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Dill Weed (to Taste)
- 2 dashes Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Grated Marbled Cheddar
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add mushrooms and onions and saute until onions are clear.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet, stirring until melted.
- Stir in crab, shrimp, dill, salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a Corning Ware dish.
- Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is lightly browned.
- Serve with crackers or artisan bread.
