grilled lemon tilapia w/veggies

  1. season fillets with TC seas.
  2. squeeze juice of half lemon on fish.
  3. ( thinly slice other half to cook w/fish) let sit while preparing the veggies.
  4. arrange veggies in a non-stick skillet ( i use a grill skillet) makes beautiful grill marks.
  5. season them w/ garlic pwder , onion powder & sea salt
  6. sautee veggies ( in grill pan I let them char just a bit)in butter & a lil bit of EVOO.
  7. In a large skillet add EVOO and remaining veggies ( onion ,bell ppr & garlic).
  8. sautee for about 5 min add lemon slices
  9. then add fish ( moving veggies around the outer rim of the skillet) fish in middle.
  10. cook for about 7-10 mins or until desired doneness.
  11. when fish is done Add cooked veggies( broc, caulif,etc. )
  12. to pan with fish.
  13. ENJOY!
