Mongolian Beef

  1. mix & let stand 30 min; the beef, red pepper, vinegar, 1 tbl spoon soy, 2 tbl corn starch.
  2. combine broth and 1 tbl sp corn starch and 3 tbl sp soy sauce
  3. heat oil in pan, then add beef, brown and remove
  4. add & cook vegetables until tender
  5. return meat and broth mixture.
  6. cook until thinkens
  7. serve over rice
