Mongolian Beef
- 1 lb sirloin beef cut thin
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 green bell pepper chunked
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 cooking oil
- mix & let stand 30 min; the beef, red pepper, vinegar, 1 tbl spoon soy, 2 tbl corn starch.
- combine broth and 1 tbl sp corn starch and 3 tbl sp soy sauce
- heat oil in pan, then add beef, brown and remove
- add & cook vegetables until tender
- return meat and broth mixture.
- cook until thinkens
- serve over rice
