Carrot Pinwheels

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with carrots and onions.
  2. Roll up tortillas tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
  4. Unwrap roll-ups just before serving.
  5. Cut each roll-up into 6 pieces.
  6. Place on serving plate.
